SHIPPING & RETURNS DELIVERY PRICES

One price per order, however many items you buy. UK: £3.95-£5.99

Europe (Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Austria): £9.95 USA: £16.95

DELIVERY TIMES UK:

Orders placed before 5pm Monday–Friday, or before 1pm on Saturday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after these times, on Sundays or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

We send UK orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 2–3 working days of dispatch.

Europe and USA: Orders usually arrive within 7–10 working days. Customers outside the UK may need to pay import duties or taxes in their country. All items in your order are sent together in one package.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it if you change your mind. This includes sale items.

2. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products (for example gel polish, BIAB, liquids or files). Products must be unused and in their original sealed packaging.

3. To start a return, email info@majesticacademy.uk with your order number. We will send you the return address.

4. You pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund parcels lost on the way back to us.

5. We refund you within 5 days of receiving the returned item. Your refund includes the original standard delivery cost if you return the whole order.

6. Faulty or wrong items: please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace or refund the item.

7. Electric devices (drills, lamps): these come with a manufacturer's warranty. If there is a problem, email us a short video showing the fault and we will help you with a repair, replacement or refund.

8. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

9. Discount codes cannot be added after an order is placed. If you return an item bought with a discount, we refund the amount you paid.

10. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

11. Refund not received? Check with your bank first, as it can take a few working days to appear. If you still have not received it, email info@majesticacademy.uk.
